    Is the Half Hour Diet Really a Diet?

    No. It is a simple control-strategy that allows natural feedback to assist your own willpower. You eat your own culturally appropriate diet, but you eat less on the Half Hour Diet.

    You must have a little self-motivation, and you may need to reduce junk food (since poor food choices do matter), but for most of our patients, drastic change appears unnecessary, because most are simply eating too much of a good thing.
