The Half Hour Diet
I started today. I stopped eating after eating 3/4 of a modest lunch portion. I took the rest back to work with me – just incase I was hungry soon after. Nope. I’m still satisfied and it’s been two hours since my lunch! That is unbelievable!
I’m glad you tried it. It is so easy to do. Definitely doesn’t feel like your on any kind of diet. Keep up the good work. Also, keep me posted on your progress. Any questions feel free to ask away!!!!
